Is my destination in the catalog?
Our catalog has 100+ editions: 15 countries, 20 Italian regions and 75 tourist destinations. If yours is missing, we create it within 5 days: on the Buy page, propose your location in the configurator ("City to create") and order right away — minimum order 100 pieces, same tiered price list.
How does the QR code work?
Under the cube there's a QR that opens a page dedicated to the territory (maps, attractions, events). We create and keep it updated, it's included in the price and never expires.
How do I get prices and the price list?
You pay from €4.80/unit and resell at €12.90–14.90, with a margin of up to 65%. Example: at 36 pcs you buy at €6.90/unit and reselling at €13.90 gives a gross margin of about 50%; from 1,080 pcs you pay €4.80/unit and the margin rises to 65% on the €13.90 recommended price. Prices exclude VAT; any selling fees (e.g. marketplaces) are at your expense. For orders above 1,080 pieces or consolidated across multiple locations, contact us: we'll assess dedicated discounts on your total volume.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order 36 units: it's the minimum for an effective in-store display — with fewer pieces the product doesn't perform on the counter. The more you order, the lower the price: the maximum discount (from €4.80/unit) is reached from 1,080 units.
I'm just starting out: what if the 36 pcs don't sell?
No risk: start with the Welcome Kit (4 destinations for €30) and give them a week's trial in your window with your customers. If they sell, you reorder; if anything stays unsold, you can return it within 1 year for a full refund of the product value — and we arrange and pay for the pickup.
What are the production and delivery times?
Catalog editions are in stock: for online orders, production and shipping take about 7-10 working days. For larger-volume quotes we confirm timings with your quotation. Shipping €12 per 200 cubes.
What happens after I order?
1) Card payment is confirmed immediately by Stripe; 2) you receive the order confirmation with the summary by email; 3) we issue a regular invoice, including e-invoicing; 4) production and shipping take about 7-10 working days, with tracking; 5) if anything stays unsold, you can return it within 1 year with free pickup and a full refund of the product value after the returned cubes are checked.
Can I get a sample?
Yes: you can order the Welcome Kit with 4 Souvenir Cube destinations for €30.
What does the Welcome Kit contain?
4 Souvenir Cubes of 4 different catalogue destinations, for €30 + €6 shipping. It's a standalone order designed to test the product on your counter: the 1-year return with free pickup applies to it too. Have destination preferences? Email souvenir@iltuocubo.com right after ordering: we take them into account where possible.
Are display stands available?
Yes: we assess the best display stand case by case, based on the space and needs of your point of sale.
Can I return unsold stock?
Yes: if unsold stock comes back intact in its packaging, full refund of the product value within 1 year of purchase — and pickup is FREE: we arrange and pay for it. Only the original order's shipping is not refunded. To start a return, email souvenir@iltuocubo.com with your order number.
How do payments and invoicing work?
We issue proper invoices, including e-invoices. For Public Administration we accept payment at 30/60 days via electronic invoicing (SDI recipient code). For other resellers: buy online with secure Stripe payment; after your first orders, once the relationship is established, we can discuss payment terms — email souvenir@iltuocubo.com.
I'm a public body (PA): how can I order?
No card and no advance payment: for Public Administration we accept payment at 30/60 days by bank transfer, after issuing the electronic invoice via SDI. Send your order through the contact form or to souvenir@iltuocubo.com with the edition and quantity, your organisation's details, your SDI recipient code and any CIG/CUP references your body requires. This applies to municipalities, public tourist boards, public museums and other Public Administration bodies; if you are a private local association, write to us and we will find the best arrangement case by case. Is zone exclusivity available?
Yes, on a limited basis: we take only a few resellers per city, so your area stays protected. It's optional: you can order and reorder without it — it's activated only if you request it. The fee is €400/month, but the launch offer is just €100/month, reserved for the first 100 resellers. The agreement runs for 12 months, with free cancellation at any time, no justification needed.
