Buy, display and try to sell. If you haven't sold within 1 year, we refund the full value of the cubes returned intact in their packaging, clean and undamaged. And the pickup? We arrange and pay for it: free.

How it works, in 4 steps
Write to us
Email souvenir@iltuocubo.com with your order number and the quantity of cubes you want to return.
We arrange the return
We arrange the pickup of the cubes with our courier, free of charge: we just confirm the date and details with you.
We check the products
On receipt, we verify that the cubes are intact and in their packaging, clean and undamaged.
We refund you
Full refund of the value of the returned products to the same payment method, within 14 days of verification.
The only conditions
The cubes must come back intact and in their packaging, clean and undamaged. That's it: no penalties, no fine print. The refund covers the value of the returned products and pickup is free, at our expense; only the original order's shipping is not refunded.
