Terms of sale

Trade customers only
Sales are reserved for businesses with a VAT number: shops, hotels, museums, bookshops, public bodies and other operators. Your VAT number is required at checkout.
Prices
All prices on the site exclude VAT, with quantity-based tiers. Minimum order 36 pieces.
Payment
Advance payment by card via Stripe when you place your order online; we issue a regular invoice, including e-invoicing. Public Administration: payment at 30/60 days with electronic invoicing via SDI recipient code. Other resellers: advance payment; after your first orders, once the relationship is established, we can discuss payment terms — email souvenir@iltuocubo.com or message us on WhatsApp.
Shipping
Shipping costs €12 per 200 cubes. For the Welcome Kit, shipping is €6.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery take about 7-10 working days.
Returns
Returns within 1 year of purchase with a full refund of the value of the returned products and free pickup arranged by us; only the original order's shipping is not refunded. Under the conditions of our Returns guide.
Orders for public bodies (PA)
Municipalities, public tourist boards, public museums and other Public Administration bodies can order without a credit card and without advance payment. Private local associations: write to us and we will agree the best arrangement case by case.
How to order
Send your request through the website contact form or by email to souvenir@iltuocubo.com, stating the edition and quantity, your organisation's details, your SDI recipient code and any CIG/CUP references your body requires.
Invoicing
We issue an electronic invoice to your organisation via the Italian Interchange System (SDI).
Payment
At 30/60 days by bank transfer, after the electronic invoice is issued. No card required.
